Perhaps this community manager role will be good for you? My client is seeking a community manager to act as the voice of the company and their franchise of their well known video games. A successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the online community across all social media outlets, as well as their official website and forum. The role also requires the ability to create new and engaging content for these outlets as well as maintain a high standard of moderation.
Key Accountabilities:
• Create relevant and engaging content on a regular basis
• Maintain tone of voice across all channels
• Organise and manage community events, such as studio tours and competitions
• Direct customer related issues to the relevant department and respond where needed
• Report community trends and issues to the Digital Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders
• Provide detailed analytics reports on community size and identify success/fail points
• Drive overall community growth

Key Success Criteria:
• All posts are well written to a high standard and free from spelling and grammar mistakes
• In-depth knowledge of the Video Games industry as a whole, internet trends and current affairs.
• Ability to present data to stakeholders
• Ability to respond to the community in a way that will not lead to negative backlash
• Demonstrate ability to generate high quality content on a regular basis
• Knowledge of all social media channels and the posting tools used to publish content

Desired Skills & Experience

1) Essential Experience and Skills
• 2+ years managing a community across all social media outlets
• Superior communication skills
• Networking and event organization/managing skills
• Previous experience in a PR or Marketing Role

2) Desirable Experience and Skills
• Knowledge of Community CMS solutions
• Knowledge of Forum Management solutions
• Degree in Journalism, Communication, English or CAM in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in the video game or technology sector

Special Requirements/Additional Information e.g. Language Skills
• Useful, but not essential, if the candidate is able to understand multiple languages
