Do you have a passion for social media and the digital landscape and love being part of an innovative team?

Due to recent organic growth, a newly created role is now available for a digital savvy talent to join a large, national creative agency!
This is an exciting new opportunity for a mid-level Community Manager with exceptional social media skills (and experience) to create, interact with and grow a fan base across national Facebook, Twitter and Instagram presences for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Report into the Head of Digital
Content Creation specific to the different social platforms and local areas based on relevant activity
Social Media community management including creating, managing and growing the local social media presences of various brands
Creating strategic marketing/communication plans to provide direction for your client's local social media public-facing communications
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis reports
Using analytical tools to measure and provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics

Skills Required:

Proven agency experience in digital marketing / community management/ Social Marketing
A strong understanding of social media and the specific nature of the different platforms
A passion for social media and what it can do to grow brands
An ability to communicate professionally and with maturity
An ability to problem solve quickly and effectively under pressure
An ability to report on successes in social media
Must have a strong presence on social media themselves
Proven experience at setting up & running social campaigns and competitions preferred
Proven experience in social media reporting & strong understanding of analytics
Specific Community Management or blogging experience preferred.
