Community Content Analyst

Aquent, the world leader in digital, marketing, and creative solutions, is seeking a Community Content Analyst for one of our key accounts. The Community Content Analyst is responsible for editing, maintaining and managing all user generated content within the Community Forums. This role will help to drive the overall health of the user generated content in the community forums to increase self-service within the property.
• Read, moderate, maintain and manage all new and existing community forums content.
• Read, analyze and tag all community content making it readily available for search and the support site.
• Write, edit and publish community onboarding content such as “How To” and “Getting Started” guides for end users and customer care reps.
• Update and maintain community “Terms of Service” and “User Guidelines” regularly to reflect current trends and changes.
• Measure, analyze and report on content trends, support issues and account sensitive issues that require immediate attention.
• Work with moderation team and community leaders to identify the best community members to assist in growing ambassadors program.
• Develop innovative content programs and strategies through collaboration of support content team and customer service.
• Perform administrative duties on the community such as data collection, data input and data management.
• Prepare and implement a strategic content management plan for outdated content that needs to be locked and archived.
• Manage and communicate content trends to all stakeholders to ensure visibility and consistency across channels
• Work with community manager to continually assess and monitor content health via analytics platform such as Site Catalyst and other measurement tools.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or business
• 2+ years of experience in content management
• Knowledge and understanding of online community platforms
• Demonstrate experience in managing content and creating documentation

To be successful in this role, strong communication, time management, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills are essential. You also must be a self starter, a quick learner and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Background in fast-paced editorial or content development roles
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience with social media channels and user generated content
• Experience with web content analytics, testing, and optimization
• Previous experience working with community forums platform
