Project Overview: 
Are you passionate about productivity? Want to help users spend less time on their phones? Then you're the just the profile the team is looking for. Our team helps users focus on working, driving, and socializing by reducing or removing the time it takes to reply to messages. We’re in need of agile, proactive, and highly-organized Community Advocates to drive growth in our online communities. 

In this role, your main responsibility will be reviewing user feedback and respond in a timely manner. As the voice of the user, community advocates will identify trends, bugs, and suggestions before sharing them with the team. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
* Respond to feedback mail from internal and external users 
* File bugs for issues, suggestions, and features requests 
* Identify trends and escalate critical issues to team 
* Synthesize feedback and clearly present recommendations to the team 

Top 3 daily responsibilities: 
* Respond to feedback mail from internal and external users 
* File bugs for issues, suggestions, and features requests 
* Identify trends and escalate critical issues to team 

Required skills: 
BA/BS in any discipline 
At least one year of work experience 
Excellent written and oral communication skills 
Strong planning and prioritizing skills
