Duration: 12 months , pay between: £52k to £65k bonus, perks, and holidays
This is an exciting opportunity to join the biggest mobile operating system and app store in the world in a Community & Social Media Manager role! You will already be an expert in social/community marketing and ready to take our clients massive mobile operating system developer engagement to the next level. Balancing defining strategic direction through to delivering the day-to-day execution across our owned social channels. You will have an extensive knowledge of apps developed for this operating system and have a passion for the tech sector and the app ecosystem.

ABOUTDEVELOPER MARKETING:
The developer marketing team designs and drive content, channels, campaigns and programs across developer segments and markets, to empower all developers to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Play a pivotal role in supporting the developer marketing team through social media marketing and community engagement
+ Oversee and drive strategic social editorial calendar across our blog and social channels (including Blogger, Medium, Google+, Twitter, YouTube)
+ Manage the blog and social accounts for developer launches and comms across the operating system and app store.
+ Develop and test new, engaging content campaigns for social to raise awareness of initiatives, including live content during our major events.
+ Develop and test new, engaging content campaigns to engage the community of expert developers with documentation, products, and initiatives
+ Drive content and engagement across new channels whether built and managed by us or third party
+ Have an understanding of various communities (such as Stack Overflow, Reddit, and Hacker News)
+ Optimize, track, and report on campaign and channel performance tied to overall business objectives
+ 50/50 split of ongoing day-to-day content distribution tasks to new content generation and execution.

Requirements:
+ Demonstrated strong performance in prior community management roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
+ Expert project, time, and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to adapt when priorities shift.
+ Team player.
+ Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment.
+ Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
+ In lieu of direct coding experience, thorough knowledge of key concepts of app development and comfortable conversing about technical conversations.
+ Demonstrable passion for the tech community and the app ecosystem
