Our healthcare client is seeking a Communications/Product Marketing Specialist for the Online & Mobile team. The Online & Mobile team is responsible for shaping the digital experience and owns the following constituent-focused portals – Sales, Member, Provider, Find a Provider, Employer, Mobile Apps and Mobile Web. As key member of the Online & Mobile team, this role will help communicate Online & Mobile’s goals and project updates across all portals, providing a consistent message to stakeholders and business partners.


Responsibilities:
• Execute and own O & M communications strategy to ensure alignment with mission and strategic goals.
o Partner with Senior Manager of Planning, Online & Mobile to execute day-to-day communications activities, coordinate department priorities, and maintain strategic roadmaps.
o Draft and maintain content to effectively communicate O & M plans, policies, and activities to stakeholders and business partners across distribution channels.
o Maintain knowledge management by maintaining internal resources (e.g., intranet sites, shared drives, etc) and evaluating opportunities to integrate external resources (e.g., professional training, memberships, journal subscriptions, etc).
o Create reports and dashboards on communications performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on analysis.
• Execute communications to support sales and marketing in representing BSC’s products and services to prospects, customers, employers, providers, and employees. Responsibilities:
o Coordinate internal and external communications with Marketing Strategy, Marketing Delivery, and O & M to effectively communicate the value proposition of new feature launches to stakeholders.
o Maintain operational release notes, accomplishments, and sales presentations to track functionality and user experience.
o Maintain up-to-date list of constituents and functionalities.

Qualifications (add bullets if needed):
• Minimum 2 years of internal and media communications experience, with Health plan provider communications experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and communications skills.

Additional Skills (add bullets if needed):
• Demonstrated understanding of good basic graphic design and matching text copy with design elements, particularly for websites, newsletters, and collateral materials.
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office and demonstrated skills in drafting and executing e-communications, including working with web content management system.
