Here is the exciting part! Our innovative and inspiring Fortune 500 financial service client is looking for a contract/freelance Communications Writer/Manager to join their team. This role is onsite in NYC, 5 days/40 hours a week for 4 months (possible extension).

The Global Business Travel (GBT) division offers its customers a comprehensive travel network, and service dependability by providing leading travel solutions, integrated consulting services, proprietary research, and end-to-end meetings and events capabilities. These innovative offerings enable customers to optimize the return on their travel and meetings investments.

Responsibilities:
• This role is responsible for writing and managing customer and prospect facing sales collateral and marketing communications to support sales, client management, and marketing teams.
• The role will partner closely with Sales Enablement to maintain a pipeline of case studies globally and launch case study content across regions. The role will also support the development of Sales and Client Manager presentations and materials for customer meetings as well as write RFP/RFI responses and proposals that will enable sales and client management to competitively advance GBT’s strategic priorities. Role requires direct experience writing and creating customer-facing
communications without support from internal creative services or external agency resources (e.g. case studies, customer success stories, whitepapers, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, factsheets, and emails).
• Conceive and execute customer-centric, insight-based, visually appealing communications that convey GBT’s value, expertise, capabilities, differentiation, and vision.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across GBT to ensure capabilities, products, and services are presented accurately and consistently.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to promote communications and drive adoption, ensuring Sales, Client Managers, and other teams have seamless access to up to date content in designated SharePoint site.
• Manage Marketing Content Calendar for Global Marketing team and distribute across teams.
• Manage language translation processes and pipeline with external agency for collateral and content while supporting ad hoc communications development and marketing team needs.

Qualifications:
• 5+ B2B marketing experience preferred supporting a Global Sales & Marketing organization or creative development/agency
• Excellent copywriting skills, editing skills, and some design acumen.
• Knowledge and experience writing according to standard style guides, ex MLA; The Chicago Manual of Style.
• Customer-centric, outstanding communication skills with the ability to deconstruct complex topics into simple, persuasive themes with the ability to work with sales teams across multiple markets.
• Proven PowerPoint skills and familiarity with the Challenger Sale is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
