Communications Support Specialist

As the Communications Tech Specialist, you are focused on assisting in the development and maintenance of the systems required for sending critical communications. You report into the Manager of Communications and Communications Tech Lead to ensure high-quality, innovative and effective communications are able to be delivered in a coordinated fashion, to the right audience.

Your technical abilities enable you to assist communications consultants in sending out information with accurate date. Your strong commitment to our communication platforms and project management processes ensures solutions are easy to build and maintain. You have excellent collaboration skills and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:
-Engage with stakeholders from different parts of the business to create and manage a variety of customized distribution lists to target critical communications to both internal and external audiences
-Help to enhance, develop and train others on the communications platforms, including but not limited to: Alfresco, Reference App, FLS Mail templates, Store V Lookup Tool and WLP
-Setup and assist in mission-critical conference calls, webinars and surveys
-Support Region-to-Store FaceTime calls, maintain schedules/ collaborate with business units
-In conjunction with the Tech Lead, partner with IT partners to maintain efficient lists and provide all back-end operation support
-Facilitate all data entry as it pertains to distribution and communication archives
-Act as point of contact for Help Ticket and store associate Webmail services
-Web portal and web based reporting support
