Communications Specialist

This position is responsible for providing communication and training support for Strategic Marketing initiatives (SYWR and Marketing Transformation efforts)

Position reports to Director, Marketing Operations Change Management and supplies communication/training support to internal marketing clients.

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Ability to create and manage a communication plan/work stream for internal clients
  • Strong, demonstrated, tactical communication skills both in writing and delivery such as, creating PowerPoint slides, newsletters, posters, training materials, surveys, intranet communications, etc
  • Project Management
  • Strong meeting design and facilitation skills.
  • Internal program marketing
  • Experience in technical system deliveries and ability to write targeted user messaging
  • Strong listening and collaborative decision-making skills
  • Intermediate internal consulting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications

    Desired, but not required Skills/ Experience:

  • Dreamweaver web publishing
  • MS Publisher
  • Adobe Captivate
