Communications Specialist

Our client is currently seeking a Change Management Communications Specialist to support a key enterprise wide initiative. This project will transform the buying experience for both the client's consumers and partner organizations.

The role of the Communications Specialist is to plan for and build communication materials for a diverse audience to support the successful implementation of the new system.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Develop and manage a detailed communication plan for internal and external stakeholders (including Region staff, dealers, and executive leadership)
• Develop persuasive communications with an understanding of change management in enterprise-wide transformation projects
• Create FAQs, Job aids and Quick Reference Guides as needed
• Partner with multiple stakeholders within the program team to get necessary information to develop communication deliverables

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field; 2-5 years’ experience in auto captive finance, financial services, or banking environment preferred
• 5-6 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience with design, development, and delivery of transition solutions for enhancements and projects is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management and field operations
• Must be self-motivated with strong analytical, organization and project management skills
• Must be flexible and adaptive
• MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Familiarity with business systems, systems testing, technical and business writing
• Attention to details, reliable documenter and persistent in open issue follow-up and business resolution
• Understanding of ADDIE model or equivalent instructional design model
• Able to communicate processes in a clear and engaging manner
