Communications Specialist

Our Employee Communications team is seeking a full-time contractor/consultant to provide communications support to our Employee Experience (HR) organization.

• Writing, editing and producing benefits materials (e.g., email, intranet stories, FAQs and talking points, collateral, web and training copy, presentations), with a focus on:

o Program rollouts and communication model implementation in EMEA and APAC

o Integration of wellness and benefits communications

o Development of communication templates and processes

o Execution and project management of campaigns

• Partner with agency to manage web content for the North America benefits websites (external) and Inside (intranet); liaise with regional teams to ensure consistency on their sites. Work with agency to develop and implement web principles/practices, style guide and launch plans for new countries

• Draft and update clear, consistent and compelling “self-serve” benefits content for intranet and other vehicles

• BA/BS in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, executive communications or related field.

• Strong, detail-oriented writer/editor with the ability to communicate complex program details to diverse internal audiences.

· Solid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines

• Proficiency with PowerPoint, MS Word essential. Experience with web publishing helpful.

· Must be able to sit onsite in the San Jose office at least three days/week.
