SUMMARY:
Manages lower profile clients with single channel marketing needs. Responsibilities include nurturing strong working relationships with clients, planning and executing projects, and analyzing and reporting of campaign performance.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
Acts as liaison between internal clients and the Creative Services team to ensure the client's goals are met on every project.
Executes communication plans and tactics for assigned projects.
Manages all activities as they relate to print, web, and social media efforts for small to medium size projects (i.e. Spotlight posters, material updates, POD updates)
Oversees project development and implementation in regards to creativity, budget, and timelines, and ensures a steady workflow between Creative Services and the client.
Presents program concepts, strategies and post performance analysis to management on a routine basis. Review tracks, and analyzes the performance of all programs and reports information as appropriate.
Prepares and distributes regular status reports for assigned projects.
Traffic all created materials through internal approvals (management, CC/Legal, compliance, etc.).
Reviews and tracks performance on each project and reports relative cost and budget information to client/management. Confirms completion of programs with the delivery of samples.
Monitors project calendar to proactive plan for upcoming projects.
Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Proven Account Management skills required in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Ability to carry out direction received on assigned projects.
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising Communications, or related communications discipline (or combination of education and experience). Need 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a corporate communications or advertising agency environment.
