Seeking a Communications Project and Process Manager to create and organize communications activities to manage and promote events, activities and new developments the planning and coordination of content through company's internal communications channels and vehicles with a strong project management background and discipline. Someone with a passion for working in a customer support role, has attention to detail, able to multi-task, and can work with multiple project leads to understand and communicate program information will thrive in this environment. 

Communication & Design Responsibilities: 
• Writes, designs or edits and coordinates publication for division including short articles, short videos, podcasts, white papers, FAQs, PowerPoint presentations, TV monitor messages and other content, internal marketing and promotional materials 
• Manages the design and update of group and supporting SharePoint Sites 
• Coordinates the procurement and management of graphic design, printing and other publication-related services 
• Participates in the strategic planning processes related to marketing and promotion of programs or events 
• Great at proofreading and proofreading again 
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) 
• Communicate project status in internal production meetings 
Project and Process Management Capabilities: 
• Thrive on juggling multiple projects with teams while moving through intensive timelines 
• Have an extremely high level of organizational skills and like applying them 
• Develop and monitor project timelines 
• Issue meeting summaries 
• Work with software for tracking and monitoring projects 
• Create status reports for internal team as well as clients

Requirements: 
• 3+ years experience in ad agency, marketing firm or corporate environment 
• Bachelors in Marketing or Communications preferred 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite 
• Working knowledge of SharePoint 2016 on-prem and Office 365 features and capabilities, including workflows 
• Knowledge of third-party SharePoint tools, including Nintex Workflow and Metalogix Content Matrix, highly desired 
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator – Premiere a plus 
• Healthcare industry experience a huge plus 
• Experience managing Web and Mobile projects 
• Experience managing print work and traditional media
