Aquent is the world's largest staffing firm specializing in the creative and marketing space.

Our client is a large bank in Pennington, NJ. They have asked for our assistance in identifying a COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER for an 18 MONTH ONSITE ENGAGEMENT.


Period: 10/08/2012 to 12/28/2012

Pay rate $38-41.90, client dictates pay rate, there is no wiggle room.

Communications Project Manager Job Duties:

Manage the development and delivery of interactive education and communication materials for Institutional Retirement participants.
Partner with internal stakeholders to define the nature of the project, compile requested information and determine best approach given timing and budget constraints, coordinate development efforts with the Creative Services team as required, coordinate reviews - including compliance sign-offs, and oversee the distribution/implementation of the pieces.
Perform basic editorial and proofreading roles.
Organize and continuously update status on all projects and notify team of changes.
Juggle numerous projects and provide back-up support to other project manager(s).

Minimum Requirements:

Four-year college degree, with emphasis in marketing, communications or business a plus.
3 to 5 years of business experience in a marketing/communications department and/or financial services industry.
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient with time management skills; detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and working cross functionally with other departments.
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.
Computer and technically savvy.
Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, client driven environment.
Financial Experience Is required

Fingerprinting and background check are required prior to start date.
