Communications Project Manager needed for medical device client in Kalamazoo, MI. This person will have a strong writing background, and be extremely organized. Responsibilities include: Project managing an employee success/profile project, including managing all associated individual communications related to the project. Partnering with internal stakeholders to gather and compile information, prepare communications materials, and coordinate efforts with internal communications team as required. Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and be a self-starter. In addition to project management, you must be able to perform basic writing, editing and proofreading tasks. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, and/or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. 1 to 5 years of business experience in a marketing/communications department. Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, environment.

Responsibilities include: Project managing our 100 Best Companies to Work For application, including managing all associated individual communications related to the project. Must partner with internal stakeholders to gather and compile information, prepare communications materials, and coordinate efforts with internal communications team, external consultants and Great Place to Work Institute. Must be able to perform basic data gathering, writing, editing and proofreading tasks.

***Hours worked per week will fluctuate. Will likely start around 20 hours/week at the beginning of the assignment, and peak at 40+ hours/week by the end of the assignment.***
