• Acts as Project Coordinator for the development of new materials through all stages of creation and print.
• Works closely with Corporate Communications, Sales and outside vendors.
• Works closely with Compliance and Product Implementation on benefit related content.
• Ensures regulatory and corporate compliance of pre- and post-sale materials / websites.
• Reviews and incorporates new benefit designs into new materials / websites.
• Tracks all materials through CMS, Compliance and corporate approval process.
• Coordinates the delivery of printed materials and works with the Inventory Control Specialist to ensure adequate supplies for meeting departmental and membership demands..
• Coordinates mailings as assigned, using cataloged and approved inventories and vendors.
• Provides feedback and suggestions on workflows and makes recommendations to achieve maximum efficiency. Continuously observes current operations and makes approved adjustments to ensure that those internal and external demands are met.
• Performs other duties as required.

Position Qualifications

A degree in communications/related field or commensurate work experience and 3-5 years related experience, preferably in a fulfillment/materials /web development environment, is required. Must have strong writing and proofreading abilities. Project management experience with proven decision-making responsibility, cost/budget, and print production/web experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office programs is required. Microsoft Project a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are required.
