Communications PM (CRM Deployment)

Our pharma client in the Ft Worth Area has a long-term/full-time assignment (18 months) for a Communications PM. Candidate must have solid exp with CRM deployment. Please refer to the job description below for more info about this assignment:

Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate thoughts/concepts/information clearly, in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (process, entity relationship diagrams, report specifications) to create user-friendly communications and training deliverables
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills to lead groups; analyze communication barriers ability to adapt presentation style to ensure communication and training needs are met
- Proven effective project management skills, ability to lead project teams and consistently drive for results in a rapidly changing environment, deliver quality service; and meet deliverable deadlines
- Ability to partner with cross functionally and lead/collaborate through influence in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and summarize written copy into easy to understand content
- Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; ability to use design software preferred (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver; SharePoint)
- Ability to attend to detail

Overview
- Work with project team(s) to develop effective communication strategies. Develop, gain approval and execute a communication strategy and plan to meet the strategic organizational objectives related to a global Customer Relationship Management solution deployment. Drive change through effective communication and formal and informal consultation with project team.
- Work collaboratively with project team and key business users to identify and assess communication requirements and project objectives in order to develop, design and implement effective communication solutions.
- Work with SMEs to develop content for communication solutions
Contribute/manage content of company's intranet related to the project.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications, Creative Services and similar functions to ensure global messages are aligned, and the impact on all target audiences is considered.
- Develop regular feedback channels to promote cross communication to ensure that messages are being delivered in a consistent and timely manner. Monitor the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communications.
- Develop and publish project communication deliverables using various communications tools, including printed publications, Intranet communications, employee meetings and events, videos, announcements, etc., that support effective communication throughout the organization regarding service transition.

Education

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Communication, Journalism and/or Public Relations
6-8 years of experience in communication of technical information to non-technical audiences
