Develop and implement the communications strategy and plan for defined G&A projects such as Travel campaign, Travel card.
Manage the defined communications plan(s) to ensure that stakeholders and employees are fully engaged and aligned on the vision and processes.
Provide oversight, leadership and management of the G&A website in support of the campaign.
Establish forums/vehicles for communication both internally and externally.
Be conversant with change management principles and execute when necessary.
Develop presentation materials and graphics for major presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation development skills
Ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility
Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable, measurable tasks
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments
Understanding of communication and change management theories and practical approaches
Ability to effectively influence without authority
Ability to establish and maintain highly effective relationships with individuals from all levels of an organization
Strong program and project management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation development skill
Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills
Bachelor Degree with relevant marketing, marketign communiucation and change management experience.
