This key position will be responsible for the development of communications and collateral related to product
launches, marketing initiatives, computer system changes, sales skills, soft skills and sales center management. The
Communications Manager will be expected to work independently when developing content and tactics, and in a
collaborative manner with business owners and management to ensure communications are produced and delivered
in a timely and consistent manner. In addition, the Communications Manager will oversee staff focused on exceeding
the communication needs of all Sales Center lines of business.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain sales queue-specific content and communication tools, driving sales performance and
ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are met
 Serve as subject matter expert and content owner for assigned queues
 Use knowledge in writing and communications to develop world-class content for a sales call center audience
 Manage and develop communications staff supporting all Sales Center lines of business.
 Identify, develop and incorporate a variety of communications tactics including, but not limited to, written, online
and printed collateral (posters, banners, danglers, etc.)
 Ability to plan, develop and execute communications plans/campaigns which will support business initiatives and
improve sales behaviors
 Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure needed business outcomes, positioning and messaging
consistency
 Manage document version control for multiple lines of business
