Communications Coordinator/Web Master

Our client is looking for a well-rounded Communications Coordinator/Web Master who has excellent writing skills, a strong coordination background and the ability to create graphics and make web updates.
The resource would lead a subset of communications work activities, interfacing daily with project team members to ensure communication plans are executed as planned. Resource will be providing guidance to team members on communication plan details such as delivery timing, vehicle for distribution, and overall message. Resource will work with project team to develop content for deliverables in communication plan (emails, newsletters, website articles, etc.) Some communications will follow standard template, but others allow more room for creativity and marketing to audience group. Communications are distributed to small (5 people) and large (20k people) audiences. Resource will provide graphic design services to support emails, posters, Intranet site following corporate and project branding guidelines. Resource will provide minimal web support for established project website including basic content updates and publication of news articles and videos.

Qualifications include:

· Excellent writing and editing skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Excellent organization / coordination skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced work environment
· Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger context
· Self-motivated, with strong time management skills and ability to monitor own work
· Flexible, customer-oriented team player
· Ability to interact with a wide variety of technical and non-technical customers
· Change Management experience is a plus

· Demonstrated ability to produce a wide variety of marketing and communications deliverables, including workforce communications, web articles, video/CBT scripts, and meeting presentations
· Expert user of Microsoft Office 2013 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio required)
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop and Dreamweaver required; Captivate, Illustrator and Premiere Pro desirable)
· At least 3 years of recent website support experience, including proven ability to directly edit HTML, CSS and Javascript code
· Experience with SharePoint 2010
