Communications Coordinator/Video Producer

Must have strong prior experience producing corporate videos as well as strong Writing skills.

Position Comments: 8-10 week project to produce a package of marketing collateral and training materials to support launch of a client extranet.

Job Description:

Responsibility:
• Develops the content that is positioned in communications,proposals, presentations, capabilities documents, and Requests For Proposal / Requests For Information.
• Possesses a strong background in developing sales and marketing proposal material.
• Proven proficiency in Word, PPT, Excel, and Adobe Products.
• Manages business opportunities in a single line of business.

Experience and Skills:
• College degree required, preferably in journalism,communications, or marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years related industry experience.
• Advanced business writing ability with outstanding grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Other:
• Relies on limited experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically supervised by a supervisor or manager.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Skills:
• Product marketing background, ideally software
• Experience producing online demos using tools such as Camtasia or similar tools
• Ability to create product collateral (content for web page, brochure, PowerPoint slides, Quick Reference Cards, rich media)
• Basic project management, able to meet deadlines, self-starter
• Experience managing video vendor
• Some knowledge of digital marketing
• Proficient with Adobe tools (Illustrator, In design, Photoshop, Camtasia type video screen capture tool)
