Great opportunity for a mid-level Communications Coordinator to join an awesome manufacturing company full time. As the Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for designing and executing supporting strategic communications deliverables. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will play an integral role in the success of strategic communications programs put forth by the department. Write and edit content for newsletters, trade publications, articles, sales collateral, and other forms of internal and external communications to support communications requirements.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Write press releases, website copy and articles about the company.
Creates landing pages and leads nurturing programs. Develops and maintains social media presence and content.
Track and monitor communications metrics in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Communicates with other cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
Promotes use of communication tools and manages CRM database.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of three to five years’ experience in similar role.
Experience with online and email marketing with website design support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft software programs.
Experience in project work-concept to completion-where projects are completed with accuracy and minimal guidance.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as an ambition to learn and solve problems.
Working knowledge of website back-end, YouTube, Facebook and corporate pages. Able to communicate in a professional manner with all levels in and outside of the organization.
