Commercial Product Marketing Manager

What would a typical day in the role look like? 
-Work with Marketing and Operations on marketing campaigns and offers.
-Create & monitor a weekly report of leads that we need qualified by Microsoft Stores, ensure they are trained on when to pass to Solution SSP or partners 
-Create & monitor a weekly report of existing customers that need to be contacted to identify progress and opportunities and ensure they are routed

Job Requirements: 
Net new customer acquisition: 
- Drive closed loop demand generation programs with M&O and conversion through Store Sales 
- Ensure clear process between Store Sales & Solution Sales & Partners 

Existing Customer retention & new opportunity identification: 
- Call down process for existing customers to drive 
  Knowledge of projects (usage) 
- Identification of issues that are stalling accounts and appropriate triage
- Identify upsell opportunities and ensure there is a clear process between Store Sales & Solution Sales & Partners 
- Customer contact acquisition to ensure we are building a strong database of customers to contact 

EMEA Partner Program: 
• Process NDAs and manage reporting requirements 
• Nurture EMEA Partner Community 
• Collect & provide assets to the products

Train & Nurture product Community to ensure a best in class demo’s and clear lead generation process

Skills: 
- Inside Sales (ability to deal with customers) 
- Program Management 
- Product Marketing: ownership of campaigns, 
- Product knowledge: 
- Commercial software (required) 
- 3D modelling (SketchUp, Unity) (beneficial) 

Location: TVP Reading 50%/ London 50%
