Work with this Top Social Networking Company's amazing partners to develop co-marketing opportunities as part of the Global Consumer Marketing team.

Who We Are:
This Top Social Networking Company's Global Consumer Marketing team has three goals: shape perception of what & why this social network attracts new and deepen engagement with existing users. We're looking for a co-marketing professional to mobilize and cultivate relationships with our partners to establish and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive shared value. The Co-Marketing Manager will create and execute co-marketing programs as part of the consumer marketing team. Successful candidates will bring deep expertise in integrated marketing and partnerships, very strong negotiation and communication skills, an eye for creative and brand with a strong affinity for the brand.
What You'll Do:
The Co-Marketing Manager role requires a thoughtful and detail-oriented leader who will establish strong connections to our integrated partner teams. This person will need to excel strategically and operationally to build partner initiatives based on data-driven insights and business impact. In addition, a successful candidate will have an ability to establish, nurture and grow both internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities include:
Co-Marketing Initiative Management: Develop and oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, outside agencies and partner resources.
Measurement & Accountability: Develop reporting strategies in order to identify, track and achieve results; able to interpret complex data/reports and assist in modifying variables to achieve accuracy; working closely with analytics teams to analyze results.
Relationship Management: Identify, establish and nurture partner relationships to influence, persuade and successfully negotiate co-marketing initiatives that align with win-win goals of this Top Social Network Company and partners; drive internal cross-functional relationships, understanding the matrixed nature of partners to support marketing and brand objectives.

Who You Are:
You have a strong consumer marketing and/or partnership marketing background. Experience with Sports Marketing/Partnerships a definite plus.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
You are comfortable making decisions with partial information and learning from both your successes and failures.
You have a track record of strong relationship management with measured success
You are experienced working with creatives, both in house and agency, to create world-class co-marketing campaigns
You are exceptionally clear and precise in communication and possess strong negotiation skills.
You possess strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making

Skills: Requirements:
5-7 years experience in consumer marketing (or similar marketing) or partnership programs for a global digital consumer brand
BA/BS degree with MBA or equivalent with marketing emphasis (a plus)
Strong track record of co-marketing/partnership negotiations and resulting programs with measured results.
A history of performance excellence with a great balance of big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills, including executive presentations.
Familiarity with and passion for this Social Network platform and understanding overall social media landscape
