This client is the leading card issuer for small businesses and supports business owners with a wide range of differentiated products and services to help them run and grow their businesses. To achieve this growth, the team is focused on delivering a best in class application experience for Small Business prospects, improving the effectiveness of marketing and bringing to market new acquisition approaches.

In this role, you will be responsible for flawless execution of marketing campaigns, developing and updating marketing assets, and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with many cross-functional teams including co-brand partners, external ad agencies, internal Product Management, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal. This is an opportunity to join a fun, high performing team and deliver significant results.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage “end-to-end” multi-channel marketing campaign execution management including set up, submissions and approval activities for web, email, and banners.
• Primary point of contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations.
• Key stakeholder in defining improvements to campaign execution process and marketing strategy optimization
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaign timelines and coordinate changes to creative assets.
• Provide and maintain regular campaign status reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners such as compliance, product management, risk, and also creative agencies on various initiatives

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience, interest and/or experience in digital marketing and/or ad agency a plus
• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
• Strong process mindset and project management; extremely detail-oriented, excellent judgment, and resourceful
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or finance
• Strong Excel, MS PowerPoint/Word skills
• Excellent communicator and team player
