Cloud Services Program Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Cloud Services Program Marketing Manager for a one-month onsite contract in Palo Alto. This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Programs Marketing Cloud Services. Primary responsibilities will be to create and deliver global marketing programs.

Job Responsibilities:
•Understand the Cloud Services business objectives in order to build aligned global programs for demand generation, awareness and renewal.

•Drive pipeline, conversion-to-close and upsell/cross sell programs for the vCloud Air online business.

•Work closely with product marketing teams and web marketing to manage and deliver successful promotional programs.

•Build an integrated global marketing plan, with input from the regions, for world-class innovative programs that cover all the program channels (campaigns, social, digital marketing, events etc).

•Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to listen to input and understand regional needs.

•Collaborate closely with corporate teams to leverage and extend their programs and vendors.

•Provide direction to and manage vendor/agency relationships for optimal results.

•Manage to program KPIs, by analyzing program impact on revenue pipeline with needed root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

•10 yrs+ marketing experience, including program marketing
•Digital marketing experience, ideally at B2B and B2C companies
•Creative thinker, built innovative programs and driven to business outcomes
•Collaborator with regional marketing teams; considers regions as customers
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, internally as well as with customers
•Sales oriented person who can roll up their sleeves to get things done
•Computing experience (cloud, virtualization, security, etc); Cloud IaaS or AaaS experience highly desired
•Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries and broad range of peers
•Willing to travel (25%)
•Location: Palo Alto/Bay Area
