Salary: up to £24,000 depending on skills and experience
Duration: 10 months
A large London based fashion and home retailer is looking for a well organised client service support for the European activation team.
Key responsibilities include:
To ensure that all job numbers are opened for each project and communicated to team
To be responsible for with direction from the client service managers for the status reports
To assist in running the status meetings
To assist in compiling the timing plans
Keeping ‘in the know’ about what’s happening in the world of home and fashion
Build strong relationships with day to day client contacts
To be responsible for day to day client service on ecomm projects
To be responsible for in conjunction with the client service managers for any relevant digital projects.
Key skills and experience
At least 1-2 years experience in an account management, traffic or project management role within a creative agency
Demonstrate great ability to multitask
Strong written and oral skills
Ability to communicate well at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Keep calm under pressure
Can do attitude
German and/or Polish language would be advantageous but not essential.
