Client Services Associate

Vitamin T is seeking a Client Service Associate for a small Seattle based design agency. This position is contract to hire, full time, and onsite.

As a key daily point-of-contact with clients and prospects, you create the first impression of this creative, engaged and professional organization. This position is responsible for supporting the entire firm by handling the day-to-day execution of duties to satisfy our clients’ projects and goals. Reports to the Director of Client Services.

Account & Project Management Duties – approx. 85% of role
-Maintain direct client contact. Ensure client relationships are stable and positive.
-Provide Creative and Production personnel with briefs and other well-documented input, support data and production materials as required
-Present concepts and solutions to client
-Provide clients with timely estimates, schedules and budget updates
-Engage with research, copywriters, designers, developers and other resources
-Check and approve copy, design and production art, and coordinate with client for feedback and/or approval
-Gather and assemble background information and analysis as needed in development of creative briefs
-Keep up to date on all projects, allowing you to service client needs as they arise

Duties Relating to Support of the Firm – approx. 15% of role
-Represent the firm at industry functions
-Implement new client relationships (e.g. set-up account in FunctionPoint, provide estimates, new client agreement form, discuss firm/client expectations)
-Assist in preparation of client invoices

Skills Necessary:
-Strong verbal and written skills
-Detail-oriented & Analytical thinking
-Personal organization
-Interpersonal skills – works well with both internal teams and client
-Fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite & Apple OS
-Experience with CRM/CMS/ESPs
2-4 years experience in similar role, either client or agency side

Preferred: Advanced degree in marketing, communications, project management
