Client Service Director

My client is the fastest growing brand consultancy in Australia. To date most of this success has come from its corporate branding services. In recent years the agency has established a small but growing environments team in the Sydney office comprising consumer and retail branding clients. Overall the agency is in an amazing space and in turn they are looking for an experienced branding suit to join the team in the role of Client Service Director.

As the Client Service Director within the agency you will manage the Brand team and report directly to the agencies Managing Director.

The focus of the role will be largely on projects across corporate, property, retail, travel, insurance, hospitality and more. Projects associated with these clients are likely to include, but not would not be limited to brand strategy, brand design, brand comms abd portfolio management

The Client Service Director Role will see you:
· Developing new and current clients.
· Converting prospects to ongoing clients.
· Provide leadership and guidance to the brands team.
· Answer client’s briefs creatively, strategically and commercially.


The successful Talent will demonstrate:
· Entrepreneurial and thoughtful driver of business development and client relationship management through ideas and initiative.
· Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
· Excellent and persuasive verbal and presentation skills.
· Hands-on, hard working, performance-oriented deliverer. Someone who ‘gets things done’.
· Strong and thoughtful management and decision-making skills.
· Possessing good judgement, integrity, empathy with people, drive and enthusiasm.
· Self-starter with proven ability to work within and build cross-disciplinary teams.
· Previous experience leading and working with senior level clients.
· Previous experience managing personnel and teams and understanding of the issues involved in client management.
· Proven track record of having impact on both new and existing client relationships.
· Minimum of 10 years brand agency experience, with a strong portfolio of delivering large scale, big budget, brand led projects.
