Client Coordinator

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a junior Client Coordinator within the Strategic Accounts team. The Client Coordinator will work closely with the Strategic Accounts team to help manage special projects for both pre and post sales activities. The primary focus is communication of status and progress project activities to all key client stakeholders. The secondary focus is to ensure that all work and processes are evolving and progressing as needed for a successful client engagement.

This is an ongoing engagement slated to run through at least December 2014.

Essential functions:

• Timely ownership and distribution of the Project/Task List (project plans, schedules, timelines, dependencies) to the internal client team, and external client stakeholders
• Ensure that tasks and projects on the list are getting accomplished
• Primary internal agitator to ensure work is getting noticed and acted upon, and communication if/when it isn’t (removing the operational burden from the client team)
• Attend all of the recurring Country Calls
• Internal coordination with Product team to ensure new Product Road Map features needed to support the client are progressing
• Fielding inbound reporting/project requests from our clients and evaluating inclusion into the overall roadmap & priorities, and communicating status to rest of the client team
• Other assignments/projects as directed by management

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Highly organized; ability to coordinate work with multiple teams and be driven to keeping projects on schedule
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Solid understanding of internet technologies and concepts

Minimum qualifications:
• Familiarity with online marketing concepts and tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• At least 1+ years of relatable experience
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

• Energy and drive to contribute directly to a small team effort
• Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues
