We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications consultant to join our Fortune 500 client’s busy Client Communications team.  The opportunity is to work as a “Client Communications Manager” for a 3-month employee leave coverage. Strong client relations and communications skills are needed in managing accounts and coordinating with Account Directors. This position will be client-facing and will require consultants to assess client needs, write creative briefs and bring customer focused attention to detail. The Client Communications Manager understands how to drive communications plans that support the client's goal to promote employee health and wellness benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client relations (internal/external)
  • Perform all budget estimates and manage actual vs. proposed budget
  • Continuously monitor client accounts and promote new opportunities
  • Act as marketing expert/consultant to client accounts
  • Craft and manage client communications plan(s) in a thoughtful, collaborative, creative and measurable way
  • Set the strategy, direction and ultimately, The Plan in motion with internal stakeholders
  • Execute flawlessly on client employee engagement plan(s)
  • Proactively troubleshoot and adjust plans as needed
  • Develop and recommend ways to streamline communications; at the client level and internally within our team
