Client Account Coordinator/Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a major ecommerce site in their Mississauga studio!

The Client Account Coordinator/Specialist is the primary account leader on client accounts for the websites studio. They account manage all day-to-day operations of the studio including scheduling resources, booking talent, coordinating shoots, managing client relations and maintaining project management and physical inventory databases. They track progress and create reports detailing status of projects and resource allocation at regular intervals. They are also are responsible for the shipping and receiving of product, inventory control, preparing merchandise for photography, assigning prioritization and trafficking work to appropriate resources.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling internal and external resources to ensure work requests are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage databases and workflow applications that will that track inbound, in progress and completed work requests.
• Creates reports detailing workload and resource allocation for review by management.
• Escalates priority requests.
• Act at a primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Manages the process of receiving and ensuring that vendor-supplied images are named accurately and routed to appropriate teammate to execute the work.
• Places product orders to our Distribution Centers via JDA.
• Maintains inventory control systems that electronically track status of all physical samples that flow through the department.
• Manages the sample lockups.
• May be required to assist with the preparation of samples for shoots including assembly, steaming, pressing, and styling.
• Collaborating with inter and intra-departmental team members to complete both short and long term projects on time and on budget.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a photo/video producer or account manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• An understanding of the photographic process and what's required to facilitate outstanding product photography.
• Fluent knowledge of the Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
• Expert level understanding of MS Excel and working with databases.
• Fluent with basic office productivity software (MS Word, email, etc).
• Associates degree (or better) in either the visual communications field or business administration.
