My client is a fantastic global communications company renowned for working on brilliant projects and putting people at the heart of what they do. Currently going through a busy period and growing the team, they are now on the lookout for a Senior Operations Manager.
Reporting into the Group Account Director, you will be the driving force behind driving new ideas, processes and area of opportunity to keep the business thriving and the team growing. You should be stimulated by building strong relationships both with clients and with internal team members to ensure that workload is managed effectively and brand values are upheld too.
On a day to day basis, you’ll be dealing with various different teams from marketing through to creative teams but your responsibility will be to drive the onsite team, acting as an ambassador for the brand. You should feel comfortable maintaining client relationships, providing management and expertise to onsite teams, coming up with ways to improve best practice across workflow and identifying opportunities for the brand to keep elevating it’s prestige.
As this is a very client facing and hands on role, if you have Account Management or Project Management experience, this should allow you to really bring your personable, detail orientated skills to the fore and really leave your mark on a brand.
In this role because you’ll be expected to be a visionary, you should be someone who has had experience building a way in which a team work that has proven to be successful and embody strong customer service values.
