This Marketing Communications group is looking for an experienced project manager to oversee and drive product initiative timelines across Channel Brand teams.  The ideal candidate has project management experience in a creative environment.  Candidates who have worked in ad agencies and experience with the print creative process would be a great fit.  

Job Summary: 
The Channel Brand Project Manager, will act as the project point person for their Channel Brand Group Lead and liaison between Marcom functional leads to keep projects on track and ensure teams are aware and aligned with upcoming priorities. 

Responsibilities include working with their Channel Brand Group Lead to manage key initiatives across the creative studio, tracking project status, managing key project milestones, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews, presentation set-up and ensuring smooth workflow and tool alignment amongst the group.

Experience developing tools and systems to support creative project workflow 
Must be able to multi-task, with proven effectiveness working under pressure 
Ability to manage through diplomacy 

​Responsibilities: 
Facilitate check-ins and meetings with functions to ensure go-to-market alignment 
Schedule functional kickoffs, record questions for followup, and distribute kickoff decks 
Create master timeline that includes key milestones, functional deadlines and reviews 
Align functional Project Managers/Producers on key project milestones 
Facilitate creative reviews and all connection points including scope, attendees, location, facilities, materials - aligning with Directors and working with coordinators and EA’s to execute plan 
Compile and organize all functional deliverables in product PORs and supporting documents including inputs, assets, and guidance. Once POR complete, set up meetings with relevant POR customers and distribute as needed 
Manager the production, work-back schedule, and reviews of Product Marketing Guides and Asset kit, ensuring quality and on-time delivery 
Track and assess impact of other Channel initiatives that may impact Channel XF team 
Consistently reevaluate workflow for efficiencies and identify opportunities for the group 
Manage Channel Brand server and ensure all relevant work periodically uploaded 
Facilitate agenda and attendees for Weekly team Channel Brand status meeting 
Identify conflict with schedules, OOTO, coverage planning 
Prioritize and aligning team on daily, weekly monthly focus 
Looking ahead, forecasting milestones, negotiating conflicts 

Requirements:
This position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5-7 years working with creative teams in an agency environment. 
Strong understanding of applications; Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages and Calendar.
