This Internal Marketing Communications group is looking for an experienced project manager to oversee project timelines and drive workflow throughout the group. Job Summary: The Channel Programs Project Manager will act as the project point person for the Channel Programs team overseeing project timelines and communication throughout internal groups in communicating project status. Responsibilities include working with the Programs team to manage key initiatives across the various internal teams, tracking project status, managing project milestones, identifying bottlenecks in the workflow, scheduling recurring meetings and creative reviews as needed, presentation set-up and ensuring smooth communication and alignment amongst the group. Key Qualifications: - Superior project management skills - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly - Flexibility in accommodating rapid change - Strong written, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to be proactive and problem solve - Proven ability to create and implement new department workflows - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level - Experience working in a creative department; skilled at working with creative teams - Understanding and appreciation of the creative development process - Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization - Experience utilizing tools to support creative project workflow - Must be able to multi-task with proven effectiveness working under pressure - Ability to manage through diplomacy - Comfortable leading large multi-functional team meetings Responsibilities: - Manage master milestone calendar for Channel Programs team - Coordinate with other internal groups for their input into master timeline - Identify conflict with schedules and escalate to the Channel Programs team - Prioritize and align team on daily, weekly, monthly focus - Ability to look ahead and forecasting milestones - Facilitate creative reviews and all connection points including scope, attendees, location, facilities, materials - aligning Programs team to execute - Responsible for taking key meeting notes and distributing, when relevant - Task oriented to follow up on key action items - Maintain status overview for the Channel Programs team - Ensure accuracy of Channel Programs project data in project management tools - Facilitate weekly team meetings Requirements: - This position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years working with creative teams in an agency environment. - Strong understanding of such Apple applications as Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages and Calendar. - Strong understanding of project management tools.
