Channel Program Specialist

 Provide administrative support to the channel management team for marketing analytics (f required), content reviews, project budgets, channel new item form completion, co-branding of channel literature, administrative needs for government contracts and related areas, track channel team invoices and partner with finance to reconcile opex budget 
- Support the development of channel training programs, selling programs and tools, general presentations 
- Archive, organize and track training materials, tools and content 
- Assist with logistics for trade shows and events hosted for or by distribution partners 
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly communications as needed 
- Directly work on select marketing tactics and tools on a project basis 
- Coordinate logistics on channel programs as needed (e.g. New Lab Start Up and sampling) 
- Partner with Channel Managers and BID project management to drive the annual channel pricing process 
- Collaborate with BID channel program manager to share best practices and optimize processes 
- Other and projects and tasks to be assigned 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 
- Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills 
- 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, marketing communication, marketing analytics, or related areas. Would consider alternate backgrounds with related skill sets including research or similar experience 
- BS in a technical field (biology or related scientific area) or in business 
- Proficient with excel and PowerPoint 
- Experience with marketing analytics and related areas preferred. 
- Ability to operate in a complex, matrix environment
