Role Purpose To support the marketing of interactive entertainment products through the retail channel
Key Accountabilities Support a Channel Marketing Manager in their core responsibility of delivering rounded and effective marketing plans that drive sales of the entertainment products through the retail breadth channel. Work with a range of breadth accounts and place marketing funding to create plans that generate the highest ROI for the product group Manage key 1st party software launches including pos production, managing retail trackers and communications Manage partner communications involving our Client's branded assets: box shots, videos, logos and guidelines that service retail channel / PR requirements e.g uploading assets to sales sites. Updating weekly tracking documents capturing the teams marketing activities and resulting sales results Manage and drive the field team monthly briefing process Collate field team feedback and proactively drive action plans across the division to address issues highlighted Work with dedicated agency to manage the products' kiosk programme Provide interested parties with regular updates on press activity Conduct website audits to agreed rhythm to highlight and share gaps and incorrect asset usage;
Key Success Criteria POS created as required POS requirements collated at partner level and distribution managed Purchase orders raised to agreed budgets and communicated to the retailers Marketing plan decks completed for agreed products Decks updated with proof of execution for all agreed activity – photos, press ads, online snips, etc Compliance reports provided and interpreted for supported retailers Regular press activity reports maintained, run and distributed Tactical field team questions and topics for cycle discussed and agreed with Customer Marketing Manager and Sales Consistent feedback collated from field teams and distributed amongst broader team Reviews of partner websites conducted with the result that all information is correct
