Channel Marketing Leader, Demand Generation

Our global client is seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Leader, Demand Generation to join their team. Responsibilities include developing & implementing long and short-term marketing strategies and support campaigns to create demand from consumers and influencers. This position will be responsible for driving demand in showrooms, commercial specification and via eCommerce, in addition to any other new channels that will be added in the future. The Channel Marketing Leader, Demand Generation will evaluate, prioritize, and align strategies and creative messaging of company product launches and marketing initiatives to ensure market share, profitability, revenue goals, and a cohesive brand strategy. Activities will include marketing automation, consumer loyalty programs, marketing partnerships, and other grassroots demand generation efforts, PR/Media Relations, Social Media, and advertising. Additionally, the Channel Marketing Leader, Demand Generation will forge effective relationships within the various teams at the company to ensure accountability & success of strategies and campaigns within established time frames and budgetary constraints.

Ideal candidates will possess:
• 7+ years of business, marketing and/or communications experience in a Consumer Products company across multiple channels of trade, including wholesale and commercial specification outlets with progressively more responsibility and a proven track record of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• The ability to be collaborative, creative and innovate.
• Excellent communication skills.
