My client is a Global Technology Company with a portfolio of hardware products. They are currently looking for an experienced Channel ​Marketing ​Coordinator  to join their team for a 12 month contract position, paying up to £49 000/annum PAYE pro rate for the right candidate. 

- New Product Introduction (NPI) ​launches ​- ​Supporting ​the UK ​Channel ​Marketing ​Manager ​and ​the ​team ​with ​NPI requests ​which ​include: 
- Briefing, ​providing ​feedback ​and ​delivering ​customised ​online ​banners ​for ​Tier ​1 Retail ​Partners’ ​websites. ​ 
- Manage ​NPI assets ​in ​x10 ​different ​languages including updates as required to existing hardware/software 
- Support the onboarding of ​new ​Partners. 
- Manage ​the asset ​hand ​off ​process, ​ensuring ​we ​meet ​strict ​deadlines ​with ​100% accuracy 
- Work ​closely ​with ​global ​asset ​managers ​to ​ensure assets ​on ​portals are ​kept ​up to ​date, ​removing ​old ​assets ​if ​required. 

- Core ​Product ​Assets ​- ​Working ​with ​Creative, ​Product ​Marketing ​Managers, ​Legal, Localisation ​and ​EMEA ​Channel ​Marketing ​team, ​you’ll ​manage ​the ​briefing ​and coordination ​of ​visual ​assets, including video content, copy, specs and imagery. 
- Ensure ​there ​is an ​efficient ​production ​process and execution consistency though all channels. 
- You ​will ​be responsible for managing a creative timeline and process with the local EU Retail team and the creative team. 
- You’ll manage the assets that are used across the EU channel - ensuring there are synergies across different retailers in all EU countries 
​- Work ​with ​a ​local ​agency ​to ​adapt ​assets provided by the Creative team (based in the US) ​and ​add localised ​copy, ​whilst ​keeping ​to ​the ​guidelines. 
- Update ​feature ​messaging ​as ​and ​when ​required ​to ​the ​existing ​assets ​to ​ensure everything ​is on ​message ​and ​correct. 
- Attend ​regular ​meetings ​with ​or ​on ​behalf ​of ​the ​Channel ​Marketing Managers ​and ​ensure ​critical ​updates ​are ​shared ​in ​a ​succinct ​and ​timely fashion. 
- Help ​the ​team ​find ​new ​and ​more ​efficient ​ways ​of ​working ​to ​make the ​messaging ​and ​asset ​process ​more ​efficient ​and ​impactful. 
- UK ​Retail ​Marketing ​- ​Work ​closely ​with ​the ​UK Sales ​managers ​to ​help ​the retail ​business ​grow. ​Attend ​regular ​meetings ​with ​high ​profile ​accounts ​and serve as ​an ambassador ​for ​the ​brand ​and ​products. ​The ​retail ​team ​currently ​manage ​15 ​retailers ​in the ​UK, ​you’ll ​be ​the ​main ​point ​of ​contact ​for ​marketing ​queries. ​Specifically, ​you’ll support ​the ​team ​to: 
- Build ​relationships ​with ​marketing ​and ​creative ​counterparts across ​key ​retailers, ensuring ​they ​have ​all ​assets ​required ​to ​build ​web ​pages, ​banners ​and ​in-store materials 
- Manage ​any ​requests ​or ​briefs ​for ​new ​emails, ​banners, ​print ​ads ​etc. 
- Support ​the ​Sales ​team ​when ​onboarding ​new ​accounts. ​Helping ​to ​build ​and provide ​assets ​for ​online ​web ​pages ​and ​keeping ​existing ​pages ​up ​to ​date ​with the ​latest ​features ​and ​messaging 
- Share ​insights ​and ​learnings ​to ​the ​wider ​team ​that ​may ​benefit ​the business 
- Finance ​- ​Raising, ​tracking ​and ​managing ​PO’s ​for ​activity ​you’re ​delivering. ​Ensuring ​any activity ​you’re ​delivering ​is ​within ​budget ​and ​recorded ​diligently. 
- Support ​the ​team ​with ​quarterly ​and ​monthly ​forecasting, ​budgeting ​and re-phasing ​budgets 

Requirements 
- Proven ​track ​record ​of ​retail ​marketing ​and/or ​asset ​management ​(3+ ​years ​minimum) 
​- Project ​management ​and ​cross-functional ​collaboration ​skills ​- ​the ​candidate ​should ​thrive ​in a ​fast ​paced, ​pressured ​environment ​and ​not ​be ​adverse ​to ​ambiguity. ​In ​addition, ​a ​proven track ​record of ​managing ​an ​end ​to end ​process; ​from ​briefing ​to ​delivery. 
- Ability ​to ​independently ​support ​the ​team’s ​needs ​- ​from ​high ​level ​development ​to ​incredibly detailed ​tactical ​plans; ​a ​self-starter ​who ​can ​navigate ​obstacles ​and ​blockers ​to ​execute on-time. 
- Good ​understanding ​of ​the ​importance ​of ​brand ​positioning​/​product ​marketing ​and ​any associated ​strategies ​aligning ​with ​country/language ​localisation ​best ​practices. 
​- Strong ​organisational ​and ​Excel ​skills 
​- Proficient ​in ​using ​Google ​documents 
- Excellent ​communication ​skills. ​Fluency ​in ​German, ​Dutch ​or ​Italian ​is ​a ​plus!
