Responsible for development and execution of marketing strategy, programs and initiatives for the FL market. This position will act as a lead for marketing in the Florida Region, including internal employee programs. This person will lead cross functional teams to develop, manage, and execute marketing programs to drive incremental revenue growth and employee engagement.

- 5 + years of related job experience in channel marketing, product marketing or marketing communications
- 3+ years experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years experience in managing projects to completion
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in development and execution of market or channel strategies
- Proficient PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communications/presentation skills
- Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen with the ability to forecast objectives, track results and use financial analysis to justify decisions and strategy.
- Demonstrated decision quality; the ability to make decisions with limited data and with assessment and of risks
- Broad knowledge base of Telecom portfolio elements (voice, data and video offerings)
- Knowledge of competitive inroads and impacts relative to the residential market
- Demonstrated success/excellence in a team environment
- Knowledge of theTelecom product portfolio
-Ability to conduct competitive analysis and research to aid sales channels with strategy and recommend sales approach.
