Change Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced manager to build our Change Management capabilities as part of a large, multi-phase Finance Transformation program. The objectives of the Finance Transformation program is to build world class standardized and scalable processes and systems.

The Manager, Change Management is responsible for leading the Change Management efforts for the Transformation Program and ensure organization alignment and readiness for the change impact of the transformation initiatives. The Manager, Change Management will be responsible for developing the tools and processes to accelerate execution and business benefits and will work to drive adoption, utilization and proficiency on the changes impacting employees and external stakeholders.

•Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans in collaboration with executive sponsors and project teams on the Finance Transformation program. Drive adoption of the change, including identification and management of key stakeholders and development of metrics to measure change sustainability.

•Drive and lead the change impact assessment from current to future state and understand the impact to people, process, and technology

•Develop the right set of change management processes and tools to facilitate change throughout the organization (communication, educations, rewards and incentives, deep dive user experiences etc)

•Incorporate and steward key change management plans/tactics into overall project plan, including communications, training, and engagement actions.

•Evaluate organization’s readiness for implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Continue to take the pulse of the business through stages of change.

•Assess implementation and adoption progress; address risks and issues. Design a continuous improvement process to ensure lessons learned are applied effectively for subsequent phases of the program

•Ensure consistent management and monitoring of the change process including evaluation and assessment of the quality and effectiveness of change programs, and the flow of change to the employees ensuring that mechanisms for rolling out changes are identified for each initiative.

•Develop a framework to understand change initiatives and their alignment to other cross functional initiatives to ensure overall fit and operational integrity, opportunity for integration and to identify the impacts of change on processes, workflow and employees

Domain knowledge in finance: Financial Analysis and Reporting, Management Reporting, Accounting, Banking, and the Finance aspects of Procurement.
•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management or related field required; Master’s preferred
•Minimum 10 years of strategic communications and change management experience in a large global organization
•Demonstrated ability to design and execute ideas: plan, develop, communicate, benchmark, track, measure, etc.
•Demonstrated success in building internal business relationships at a senior level with a proven track record of success in internal communications
