Change Managment and Communications Specialist

AQUENT is recruiting for a change management and communications specialist!

Duties will include;
• Develop and deliver comprehensive change management communications strategy
o Working with Project Manager, team and stakeholders to identify all impacted groups/audiences
o Develop understanding of degree of impacts to various stakeholders of the project and create change management strategies to address impacts
o Partnering with stakeholders to ensure the development of appropriate training as needed
o Working with key leaders to serve as change leads throughout the project
o Develop champion networks as appropriate to facilitate change management
o Develop measurement strategies to ensure effectiveness of change management initiatives
o Develop comprehensive communications strategies to support all change activities

• Partner with broader communications team to ensure alignment with overall strategy and channels
• Deliver all tactical elements of the communication strategy.
• This includes written communications supporting the project etc.
• Comfortable providing feedback and ideas to ensure the communications are meeting the needs of the program / internal customers.

Experience:

• 4-year degree in communications
• 4+ years’ experience in a strategic communications or writing role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Internal messaging, strategy and experience, works well with internal business customers. Operations, IT, Infrastructure, Banking communications experience a plus
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up on expectations of client.
• Actively researches, learns and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve processes.


Technical Knowledge:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, HTML , MS Project (a plus)
