Change Manager IV

Mid- to senior-level business change management (BCM) resource required to assist with high-level enterprise cultural awareness and change initiative.

BCM resource will be part of a small team working on a high-exposure project. Responsibilities will include developing a strategic communications strategy for the initiative and assisting with initiative implementation. Team will partner will multiple internal groups and stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

• Experience working on projects with many layers of stakeholders and enterprise-level engagement. Able to decipher complex audience data or issues to spot the underlying, subtle implications often missed by others.
• Experience building a communications strategy that includes multiple channels and international audiences. Able to integrate training and coaching deliverables into strategic communications plan.
• Experience supporting highly sustainable cultural change initiative(s) for other large companies (Fortune 50).
• Proven experience in effectively communicating and partnering with C-level executives.
• Able to provide expert counsel on content for communications training sessions and able to guide the in-house communications team in creating easily adaptable business partner communications tools that increase their confidence and clearly link to their daily work and business objectives.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience using social media to build stakeholder engagement.
• Able to develop comprehensive measurement tools and matrices to gauge change communications programs’ effectiveness and improve short and long term planning, strategies and tactics.



Diploma. - 8-10 years experience required.
