Project Description:
The project is to implement a new system/software to simplify accessibility of key retail systems, to create a unique employee view; including prioritized communications, training and KPIs. Provide field leaders the ability to validate completion in real-time.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
- Provide support to the Change Lead in the execution of change management activities in support of the large change initiative
- Provide support for the program metrics to measure change success/ failure rates and adoption of change
- Assist with the development, implementation and updating of resources and materials related to the trainings and communications
- Timely & quality completion of the following:
- Training and communication updates and resources; including eLearnings, FAQs, Guides, and other resources
- Weekly status reports and project plan/tasks
- Coordination of training and communication status updates to leadership
- Integration of the change management activities into the project plan
- Support pilot/deployment
- Plan, build and execute of the pilot/deployment plan
- Identify actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists and business partners
- Evaluate and ensure pilot store readiness
- Monitor appropriate feedback channels to identify issues
- Track and report issues
- Effective and timely communication to mitigate and escalate risks and issues
- Execute retail in store training and provide in store support throughout the pilot
