Change Manager

They have different teams that manage different aspects of mobility projects dealing mainly with smartphones and internal applications used by employees. This team is responsible for planning the life cycle of these projects while also overseeing the timeline. The team ensures that if changes occur to the devices or the applications, that they are rolled out to the end user in a manner that is easy to understand for them. 
The team is also responsible for mobile device management, device/application provisioning, and mobile application management. 

This will be a very reactive environment where plans change frequently and actions have to be taken in a timely manner. Have to be able to shift gears, adapt to change and be great at prioritizing. 

JOB DUTIES: 
- Develop change management strategies as required, incorporating change management approach, stakeholder management, communication, training and readiness assessments 
- Create and implement training strategies 
- Create and implement communication plans 
- Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plans 
- Prepare ad hoc communication materials as required 
- Prepare and perform project readiness assessments regarding the organizations ability to absorb change and to measure the level of engagement and preparedness 
- Engage and align with other end user asset lifecycle management activities including developing and maintaining a roadmap and shaping curve for the enterprise mobility team and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. 
- Participate in mid-year capex review for mobility projects along with identifying method to track progress and financials, and year-end budget review with EUSA planning team. 
- Accountable for maintaining updates and accuracy of project execution plans in Microsoft project across multiple projects 
- Financial analysis and monitoring 
- Manage enterprise and internal mobility SharePoint sites and mobility website, including website refresh project already underway for 2018, and other communication deliveries (e.g. Mobility Yammer, Microsoft Teams). 
- Convey information to recipients in an engaging manner, helping them understand service related messages. (translating technical language to end user) 
- Manage the strategy and execution of the program level communications to the company, IT stakeholders and end users. 
- Responsible for developing and executing all communications, change management and stakeholder engagement plans. Understand and validate key messages & objectives, identify audiences and conduct needs assessments, ensure messaging is received and change is adopted and sustained. 
- Coordinate high profile mobile activities for varied audiences, facilitates strategy sessions for mobility's shaping plan and lifecycle management plan, and manage program level information repositories. 
- Advise on overall mobility communications approaches and develop a plan to leverage multiple mediums, ensuring alignment with PGPA branding standards and EUSA. 
- Provide leadership and manage multiple relationships (e.g., customer, stakeholder, vendor) for mobility service. 

MUST HAVE: 
- 4+ years of experience in a change management role 
- Previous experience in a communications role (2+ years preferred) 
- Must have change management experience with IT related projects or have an IT background as this is a technical group they will be working for 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and project presentation skills 
- Proficient using Microsoft Project and SharePoint 
- Experience creating and implementing change management strategies, training strategies, and communication plans 
- Exposure to general planning 
- Bachelors Degree of any kind or equivalent experience 

PREFERED BUT NOT NEEDED: 
- Previous experience as a project manager 
- Experience working on Mobile specific projects or has worked for a carrier company (e.g AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint) 
- Previous experience as a SharePoint Administrator 
- Experience with O365 Projects
