Change Management/Training

We are looking for a Change Management/Training consultant to work with a large energy client downtown. The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the implementing the existing Change Management Strategy to help with the integration of the Energy Insight platform into the company's energy efficiency business.

Initiatives include: Communications, Learning/Training, and Transition Management. This position continually works across multiple organizations and with various end users, such as Sales/Account Management, Products/Programs, IT, Leadership, etc., to promote awareness, action, and understanding through communications; drive user adoption (including Leadership); and foster learning through development and delivery of user focused trainings and learning supplements. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in Change Management, Organizational behavior, effective internal and external communications, instructional design and implementation of small and large scale learning solutions, creating and establishing positive and productive relationships, problem solving and project management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, Organization Development, Instructional Design, Teaching, Communications, or other relevant field required.
• Minimum of 4 or more years of related experience • Salesforce.com training experience
• Ability to effectively present and train highly diverse sets of audiences
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Technical competency working with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word)
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 20% (within California)

Desired:
• Expert in change management with change management or instructional design certification (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities and demands of multiple customers.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity Learning and Training
• Experience with creating and developing training seminars and training supplements Skilled at designing learning solutions based on project requirements
• Experience with online learning tools/platforms to create online trainings (articulate, video, etc.) Communications
• Deliver audience centric communications via multiple channels – Webinars, emails, one page documents, meetings, and
• Collect user feedback and aid in resolution and follow up with users Transition Management
• Experience with user adoption and transition from legacy to new software systems
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple users across the organization and effectively manage reporting requirements from start to finish.
• Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and persuade across several lines of business

Responsibilities:
• Training of internal and external users
• Works with key stakeholder organizations to minimize impact of roll outs
• Assist change management team to maximize resources and make key decisions
• Develops intimate knowledge of departmental organizational culture and structure (internal and external)
• Builds strong relationships across all impacted user groups and key stakeholders
• Assists with developing and executing communication strategies
