Change Leadership Consultant

The Senior Change Leadership Consultant has significant experience leading change on large-scale business transformation projects. This specific assignment will be focused on providing support to two primary efforts that are underway. The first project will drive improvments in understanding Customers' needs based on better knowledge and information of those Customers. The second project focuses on improving "mobile moments" for Customers as well as for Employees. Other assignments may be made to support the Company Change Leadership efforts underway. Demonstrates a strong and practical knowledge of Change Leadership methods and tools. Has the ability to work effectively across the organization to develop and implement plans for the following: vision and case for change, Leadership and Stakeholder alignment, communication, business/change impacts, and organizational development. Able to assess readiness for change and evaluate overall project team health. Some project management experience would be beneficial.

Work Activities/Context:
- Develop strategies and plans for aligning Leaders and all levels of stakeholders to project goals and objectives
- Conduct business impact and risk assessments to determine people, process, and technology impacts at the Company, Department, and job-specific levels and determine the best approach for addressing impacts and risks
- Develop and execute coordinated, comprehensive communication plans (including ample opportunities for two-way dialogue) to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging along all phases of the project
- Develop and execute implementation and post-implementation support strategies for the business
- Facilitate the project Teams in developing business continuation plans
- Facilitate Organizational Development activities, including operating model design, role design and performance measures as needed for Company or Departmental projects
- Provide guidance and assist in planning for project team effectiveness, including team structure design and capability transfer approach
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
