Support maintenance of existing 150+ DCB carriers, including:
-Project managing standard operational tasks that must be performed for each carrier, for example:
rotating keys and certificates
-Setup and configuration of carrier facing tools
-Communicating API spec changes e.g. the association prefix change DCB -? DCB_ASSOCIATION, new monthly report spec and tracking adoption of the changes across all carriers.
Monitoring and performance:
-Ensure carriers are operating correctly, contacting carriers when negative changes are detected
-Troubleshooting technical issues as they occur
-Carry out basic analysis of revenue performance using data warehouse tools .
Improve user satisfaction by:
-Managing charging and refunds issues between carriers and ConOps
-Provide second level support for ConOps and
-Inform them proactively about changes to the product
Skills and experience
-Project management skills, in particular managing project working with external customers and vendors.
-Good verbal and email communication skills
-Analytical skills, e..g analysing system or revenue performance using SQL
-Experience in managing operational support teams
-Basic unix shell experience
Nice to have
-Intermediate linux system command line usage, e.g. usage of scripting languages, common linux utilities, source control.
-Degree level, or equivalent practical experience
