Campus Program Manager

Our client is looking for people, who move quickly, are capable of working independently and excel at diving into details. This person needs to be energetic, not take ‘no’ for an answer, get psyched to solve ambiguous problems and above all, have a strong will to get things done. Campus Program Managers will be responsible for becoming an expert on a set of campuses. This person will have the autonomy to think strategically, make decisions and drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business. This position will help invent, manage, and deliver an entirely new customer experience that gives our clients’ customers a new way to interact with the company.

Key functions of the role include: supporting the Textbook Marketing team to make strategic decisions; driving projects from inception to completion; developing strategies based on data; researching and interacting with influencers on campus; staffing and training a team of brand ambassadors; and maximizing the business benefit while building great customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications
- Be passionately in tune with latest social media developments and have an established social network
- Outgoing, personable and energetic and have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
- Able to manage time effectively and work autonomously
- Able to identify, influence and get buy-in from key stakeholders
- Ability to own multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution skills, ability to work in an extremely deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential
- Excellent judgment and prioritization skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency coupled with a passion for business, technology and delivering a world-class customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to deliver initiatives from concept through completion
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience owning and managing multiple projects
- BA/BS degree required
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in business management and/or marketing
- Experience with event production and management strongly preferred
- Experience with the college student segment
- Previous online retail experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
