Campus Operations Coordinator

Indoor Location Test - a project that allows us to conduct experiments onsite. The Campus Operations team supports this effort by collecting data on various locations through-out our campuses using the company’s proprietary tools. The COC will coordinate the assignments of the Campus Operations Associates. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who possesses the ability to remain calm and composed in time-sensitive/dependent situations. The COC will multi-task and take the appropriate action with minimal supervision, enabling the different parties to communicate and coordinate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests via email, phone, or ___(software?)___
  • Prioritize needs according to urgency, importance, and geography
  • Use phone or computer to assign and dispatch COAs to appropriate locations
  • Monitor the route and status of COAs to coordinate and prioritize schedules as needs change
  • Enter data into computer system and maintain logs and records of activities and other information as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following strengths:

  • Tech savvy with solid knowledge of mobile devices and various computer software programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills when working with individuals at all levels, including excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and adhere to self-defined goals, timelines, and success measures in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve issues as they arise
  • Highly motivated and hard-working with ability to think clearly under pressure individually but also in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn workflows and policies quickly and apply this learning to workflows
  • Strong attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking
  • Interest in the digital and/or social media industry

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 yrs. experience in customer service or internal customer care
  • Flexibility with scheduling and ability to adapt to any work schedule required, including a willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel to Seattle, WA for a maximum of 2 weeks
